Description

The Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois (SNCFL) is planning the redevelopment of the logistics center in Bettembourg. The purpose of this contract notice is to call for tenders for the BIM Management mission for the design and construction of A storage hall (warehouse) of +/- 6,200 m2/ 68,000 m3; A workshop of +/- 2,200 m2/ 25,000 m3; A covered storage +/- 2,600 m2; Circulation and external arrangements; A phasing of the works in order to guarantee the exploitation during the realization.
The mission includes the BIM Management within the framework of the redevelopment of the logistic center of Bettembourg. The BIM Level 3 modeling of all the structures and infrastructures (engineering structures, networks, roads, civil engineering, technical engineering, platform equipment, railroad track, catenaries and railway signalling) is planned. The mission includes (non exhaustive list): Data structuring (standards) - Rules Model cutting - Codifications and classifications - Production rules for 2D/3D deliverables - Control and validation of models and deliverables for each phase - Modeling control - Ensure compliance with the BIM TIDP schedule - Initialization BIM mission - REVIT ecosystem definition - Definition of the documentary corpus - Definition of CFL applications - Definition of BIM workflows and use cases - Definition of model accessibility - Control of data exchanges - Quality controls of models - 3D coordination - Management of the model exchange platform In the context of the development of 3D models of its buildings and infrastructures, CFL teams work with REVIT, Civil3D and Infraworks software developed by Autodesk, on the ACC platform, with specific add-ins made to meet CFL's own needs (BIM level 3). The project languages are French and German.
