Description
The Government of Suriname, with financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), is contracting services for the design and construction of a plant health diagnostic laboratory and complementary infrastructure for the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries (LVV).
Procurement will follow International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures in line with IDB procurement policies and is open to all eligible bidders from IDB member countries. Full details, including qualification requirements and submission procedures, are available in the bidding documents.
