Description

The Republic of Panama, through the National Customs Authority, invites eligible international bidders to submit sealed proposals for the design and construction of the Guabito National Border Control Center in Bocas del Toro province. This project is financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) under the Customs Logistics Integration Program.

The estimated construction period is 18 months. The procurement will follow International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures in line with IDB acquisition policies and is open to bidders from eligible countries.

Qualification requirements include:

- a minimum average annual turnover of $14,000,000 in at least 2 of the last 5 years
- proven experience in the design and construction of complex infrastructure (with at least one project valued at $4,000,000 or more executed within the last 10 years)
