Description
The Federative Republic of Brazil, through the Sergipe State Department of Health, invites eligible international bidders to submit proposals for the design and construction of the Nossa Senhora de Lourdes high-risk maternity hospital in Aracaju, Sergipe.
This project is financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) under the PROREDES Sergipe program.
The contract includes both the preparation of basic and executive architectural and engineering projects and the full execution of the construction work, using Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology. The estimated duration of the project is 730 days.
The procurement will follow International Public Bidding (LPI) procedures, using a two-envelope system with deferred opening of the financial proposal. Bidders must demonstrate technical capacity, including qualifications of the company and project team. An Offer Maintenance Guarantee of 1% of the bid value is required.
