Description
As part of a programme to strengthen the service network of a hospital, a public body is offering a contract to design and construct a hospital. This is part of the International Public Tender for the design and construction of hospital, within in the framework of the FIDIC Yellow Book Contract. This project is partially financed by a loan from an aid funded business.
The contract includes:
• a comprehensive lump sum approach and single responsibility
• involves the design, construction and maintenance of the new hospital
Among the main activities that the contractor must assume are:
• the preparation of the preliminary project and executive project
• the execution of the work in accordance with the technical specifications
• subsequent maintenance of the infrastructure
The total term of the contract is 49 months.
