NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Security (Canadian bidders):

This notice is to advise ALL interested bidders that in order to be awarded a contract which contains a security requirement, all bidders MUST hold a valid Security Clearance granted or approved by PWGSC Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) at the level indicated in this solicitation document.

Security (Foreign bidders):
Foreign organizations/companies who wish to bid on a Canadian contract, need to be cleared in their own country. This is true for all countries. Canada will recognize foreign security clearances. A clearance at the Confidential level in Canada is the same as a Confidential clearance in the U.S., UK, France, etc.
If you are a foreign bidder and have the required clearances in your country, you may submit that information to the Standing Offer Authority for verification.

Summary
This Request for Standing Offer is for the provision of logistics support services to Artic and Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS), HALIFAX, KINGSTON, VICTORIA, ORCA, Interim Auxiliary Supply Ship, and miscellaneous classes of naval vessels and support staff assigned to Maritime Forces Pacific (MARPAC), and other Canadian Forces elements when deployed within the geographical areas described herein. Services are to be provided on an “if and when requested” basis for a period of up to three years.

Anticipated migration to an e-Procurement Solution (EPS)
Canada is currently developing an online EPS for faster and more convenient ordering of goods and services. In support of the anticipated transition to this system and how it may impact any resulting Standing Offer that is issued under this solicitation, refer to 7.15 Transition to an e-Procurement Solution (EPS).
