Large school building:- Removal of contaminated building components- Installation of a passenger elevator from the basement to the ground floor for barrier-free access- Demolition of all suspended ceilings, as well as the reed plaster ceilings and exposure of the existing ribbed ceilings- Installation of an F-90 fire protection ceiling on all floors directly under the ribbed ceilings- Installation of a second suspended ceiling (largely acoustically effective) as an installation level- Renewal of the door panels, including steel frames- Reworking/reworking/painting of all wall and ceiling surfaces- Exposure and reworking of the parquet flooring- Replacement of other floor coverings Renewal of the door leaves incl. steel frames- Reworking/reworking/painting of all wall and ceiling surfaces- Exposure and reworking of the parquet flooring- Renewal of the other floor coverings- Renewal of the tiles + WC partition walls + sanitary facilities in the UG+EG+OG- Implementation of further necessary measures in accordance with the fire protection concept- Partial renewal of the furniture- Renewal of the windows incl. external sun protection- Installation of a second suspended ceiling (mostly acoustically effective as an installation level) outside sun protection- repair of cracks and painting of the facades- demolition and renewal of the roof covering (natural slate) incl. Implementation of other necessary measures in accordance with the fire protection concept- Partial replacement of the furniture- Expansion and replacement of the electrical distributions and installations- Replacement of the fire alarm system- Installation of security lighting- Replacement of the lighting system- Replacement of the grounding lightning protection system- Replacement of the search and signal system (ELA)- Partial replacement of the washbasins
