Description

The subject of the contract is to perform the following activities: 1) preparation of documentation for the demolition of a didactic building and a technical building, 2) obtaining appropriate permits issued by a competent authority, 3) demolition of a didactic building and a technical building, 4) cleaning up the area and accompanying works related to the implementation of the investment entitled "Construction of a student house on the Służewiec Campus" within the framework of the long-term programme entitled "Warsaw University 2016-2025". The objects to be demolished are located on a part of plot no. 29 within the registry area 1-04-13 at Smyczkowa Street in Warsaw. The subject of the contract for the preparation of documentation for the demolition of the didactic building and the technical building includes: 1) execution and transfer of multi-discipline design documentation for demolition of buildings, including a) as-built design of demolition of the didactic building and the technical building together with an excess of works, b) cost estimate and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, c) any other studies and technical expert opinions required by law, which will prove necessary, 2) making appropriate open-pits in order to determine the cross-section of foundations and their order of planting, 3) obtaining a demolition permit on behalf of the Contracting Authority, 4) performing copyright supervision, 5) transferring the economic and dependent copyrights to the project to the Contracting Authority, 6) obtaining a permit for cutting down and transplanting trees and shrubs. 3. the subject of the contract for the demolition of the didactic building and the technical building, landscaping and accompanying works includes: 1) obtaining, at its own expense, all consents and permits necessary for the performance of the subject matter of the contract, including but not limited to for: occupation of the external area outside the boundaries of the Contracting Authority's plot necessary for the execution of the entire scope of works (including covering the costs of occupation of the road lane for the purposes of works), temporary entry to the plot and passage of heavy road transport, execution and agreement on the traffic organization design for the planned works, 2) preparatory and security works, including above all: a) applying to the media gestors to determine the conditions for connection and consumption of electricity for the needs of the works (the application is signed by the Contracting Authority), b) organisation of property protection on the worksite, until it is handed over for use, maintenance of cleanliness in areas adjacent to the worksite (including access roads), c) performing, before the commencement of works, the necessary security measures on the worksite, d) storage of rubble and demolition waste in containers set up in places agreed with the Purchaser, disposal of rubble and demolition waste on an ongoing basis, and after completion of works, complete cleaning of the area before the submission of works for final acceptance, e) inventory of existing networks related to the demolition of the didactic building and the technical building, 3) cutting off all utilities and making all arrangements with media managers to be removed, 4) securing high greenery on a plot of land colliding with the works, 5) performing demolition works, 6) handing over to the Contracting Authority the land after the works covered by the contract, together with as-built documentation in paper form and on electronic media, 7) export and utilization of demolition materials, 8) backfilling of the possible excavation with native soil together with the execution of escarpments of safe inclination and permanent safety fence made of netting on steel posts, 9) restoration to the original condition of the area after the back-up works together with removal of damages caused by its operation during the execution of the works, 10) marking the places of media cutting off on the leveled area and putting their location on the inventory in the as-built documentation, 4.
