View Changes REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) program office releases the following solicitation to perform repair, sustainment, computer-based training, logistics support and engineering services for the Defense Advanced Global Positioning System (GPS) Receiver (DAGR) specification, SS-M/V-600.
The Government intends to award a two-year, Requirements type per FAR 16.503 for repair of DAGRs, engineering services, computer-based training, and logistics support. The sole source contractor is BAE Systems, Inc, 7825 6th St SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404 (CAGE 8JPF5). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
This contract will be a hybrid structure with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Line Items. It will contain a basic period of performance of 12 months with one 12-month ordering period (through 30 July 2026), providing a total of two years of performance.
The place of contract performance will be at the contractor's facility and/or the USG facilities. The majority of the work will be performed at the contractor's facility.
Knowledge, generation, and storage of classified information and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) are required for performance of the contract/order. The repair contract will contain a Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254).
