Chile - Dedicated internet service

Description

Pursuant to the Public Procurement Law No. 19.886, Decree No. 661 that establishes the regulations and its modifications, the Local Public Education Service of Magallanes, calls for public bidding to natural or legal persons, companies or suppliers of the area, or temporary union of suppliers, to establish a contract for "DEDICATED INTERNET SERVICE" FOR EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS OF THE LOCAL EDUCATION SERVICE OF POPULAR EDUCATION OF MAGALLANES, to establish a contract for "DEDICATED INTERNET SERVICE" FOR EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS OF THE MAGALLANES LOCAL PUBLIC EDUCATION SERVICE, in order to satisfy its demand in an efficient and effective manner, an action that is of utmost importance and essential, since it is of direct benefit to the students and teaching staff of the SLEP Magallanes community.
The Administrative Bases and its technical specifications establish the conditions that will govern the bidding and the subsequent contract to be entered into, in order to comply with this objective.
The basis consists of establishing a purchase and sale commitment, which will be made effective through the signing of a contract or generation of a purchase order, which will regulate the product acquisition process.
