A CALL FOR TENDERS BASED SOLELY ON A PRICE

TITLE OF THE OPINION
Decontamination of computer rooms
GOVERNMENT OF QUEBEC
Revenu Québec requires a service provider to perform work for the recurrent decontamination of its computer processing centre (CTI) in Québec City and for the single decontamination of its CTI in Montréal and all its server rooms and other interconnection rooms, distributed among 38 Revenu Québec facilities located in the province of Québec.
The contract will be for a period of three years.
OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS
Bidding documents are available from the Electronic Bidding System (EBS).
RECEIPT AND OPENING OF BIDS
Bids with the mention provided for in the tender documents must be sent to the following address: Revenu Québec, 3800 de Marly Street, Québec City, Québec, Québec G1X 4A5, no later than July 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., local time, to the attention of Ms. Geneviève Trudel.
Bids will be opened at the same address, will be public and will follow the deadline for submission of bids.
SERVICE PROVIDER ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A TENDER
Only service providers with the required qualifications, with an establishment in Québec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements and having obtained the call for tenders documents distributed by the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) are eligible to submit a bid.

COMPLAINT AND DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE
A complaint may be filed if the current tender documents contain conditions that do not ensure fair and equitable treatment of competitors, do not allow competitors to participate, although they are qualified to meet the expressed needs or are otherwise not in compliance with the normative framework.
All complaints must be sent electronically to the Contract Enforcement Officer no later than July 15, 2019, at the following e-mail address:
