Description

The subject of the order is: 1.1. delivery of Oracle Database Software License or equivalent, and 1.2. provision of a 12-month warranty for the correct operation of the delivered software. Equivalent software is understood as software with at least minimum parameters and requirements, specified and specified in (FT) constituting Annex 2 to the ToR - requirements for equivalent solution. In the case of equivalent software offered, the Economic Operator is obliged to attach to the offer a completed Appendix No. 2 to the ToR (FT).3 Detailed information on the description, scope and conditions of performance of the subject matter of the agreement is specified in Appendix No. 6 to the ToR - model agreement with attachments.4 The Contracting Authority requires that the Economic Operator has a partner status granted by the manufacturer at the Platinum level, entitling to sell the Oracle license.5In case of an equivalent solution, the Ordering Party requires that the subject matter of the order be realized by a Contractor having the status of an authorized partner of the manufacturer of the offered software.Bid submitted by a Bidder who does not have: 1) partner status granted by the manufacturer at the Platinum level, entitling to sell Oracle licenses (in case of offering software licenses indicated by the Ordering Party in point II of Appendix 3 to the ToR), or 2) authorised partner status of the offered software producer (in case of offering an equivalent solution), shall be rejected pursuant to Article 89 paragraph 1 point 2 of the ToR because its content shall not correspond to the content of the ToR.6The order is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the framework of the Operational Programme Digital Poland for 2014-2020, the project "Monitoring of Work and Residence of Foreigners on the Territory of the Republic of Poland".
