Description

The AOK Federal Association is the service-oriented lobbyist of the AOK community. The AOK community insures more than 26 million people in eleven different AOKs nationwide. The subject of this non-exclusive admission procedure (so-called "open house procedure") is, until the entry into force of any exclusive contracts following a public invitation to tender, a framework contract for the provision of KIM mailboxes for the AOK community. The framework contract within the scope of this admission procedure will first come into force on 9.10.2020 and will end on 31.12.2024. Independently of this, it will automatically end when any exclusive contract following a formal award procedure comes into force.
The subject of the open-house procedure are the following services:- Provision of "KIM mailboxes" for the client:-- Registration and, if necessary deregistration of the client as a KIM participant;-- updating of the (KIM) mail addresses in the client's directory entry in the TI directory service (VZD);-- provision of an interface at the contractor's KIM mail server for sending and retrieving e-mails by the client's basic consumers;-- transmission and intermediate storage of the KIM e-mails from and to the client by the contractor's mail server.- KIM mailboxes for the client's test and production systems;- Service and support for the client and its IT service providers;- Support for the client and its service providers during testing, acceptance and commissioning.note: Publication here takes place using the form for open procedures. However, this is not such an open procedure - the contract notice form had to be used for technical reasons, as there is no form suitable for approval procedures. The contracting authorities assume that this approval procedure does not fall within the scope of application of the "Cartel Procurement Law" due to the lack of a selection decision and thus due to the non-discriminatory access to the framework agreement for all interested companies. The necessary contract documents are available for download under the link mentioned in I.3). Prerequisites for admission or for joining the framework agreement, which will enter into force for the first time on 9.10.2020, are the complete and timely submission of the following documents/statements/equipment:1. application for admission or for joining the framework agreement "Provision of KIM mailboxes" (form),2. proof of registration in the professional or commercial register (not older than 6 months at the time of the application for admission or (not older than 6 months at the time of application for admission or accession) in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the company is established (non-certified copy) or, if applicable, declaration that there is no entry in the professional or commercial register in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in question (form),3. signed self-declaration that the enterprise has fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes, duties or social security contributions (form),5. proof that the interested party is approved by gematik as "Provider of operational services for the secure transmission procedure KOM-LE". If the interested party has not yet been admitted, a time schedule for attaining admission with the achievement of the milestones specified in the service description, stating the respective deadlines, is required and must be submitted by the interested party,6. signed and stamped framework contract "Provision of KIM mailboxes" (3-fold in original) without annexes.the above-mentioned The above-mentioned documents are to be submitted by post, marked "Open-House Procedure Provision of KIM P.O. Boxes", to: AOK Bundesverband, Abteilung Strategische Projekte, IT-Steuerung, Rosenthaler Straße 31, 10178 Berlin In order to join the framework contract on 9.10.2020, the above-mentioned documents must be received by the AOK Bundesverband at least 7 days in advance, i.e. no later than 12 noon on 2.10.2020.
