The subject of the invitation to tender is consulting, maintenance, customizing, testing and basic services in the area of IT systems for ID card, access and identity management at ZDF as well as their interfaces (incl. securing system environments).The software maintenance of the IT systems for ID card, access and identity management primarily includes the systems- Kaba exos (ID card and access management/control),- Speedikon C (web-based CAFM system for lock and object management), - Kobil PKI infrastructure (incl. trust center, digital signature, etc.),- Key depot management (Deister proxSafe commander for key depots at the Main broadcasting center as well as at LS Bayern and LS Nord). Trustcenter, digital signature etc.),- Key depot management (Deister proxSafe commander) for the key depots in the broadcasting center in Mainz as well as in the LS Bavaria and LS North Rhine-Westphalia- as well as the support of IT security (securing SSN network) for the PAISY personnel applications, the company medical station and other areas.In addition, extensive IT maintenance services are to be provided for further systems and application areas such as: - Digital signature procedures (certificates, authentication, etc.) as well as the Special Authorities Mailbox (BeBPo) - Authentication: procedure for secure system logon via 2 factors (multi-factor authentication) on Windows clients and applications- Approval workflows in the WSM system (Matrix42) and other IT systemsThe systems to be maintained are standard applications and support the business processes of the departments involved in the ZDF. The purchased software is based on client/server architecture or on web technologies. The systems are connected to important central IT systems via interfaces.
