Creation of the GESUT database for a part of the Lubuskie Voivodeship - Gorzów County (0801) Witnica m. (080107_4)2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract and the manner of service provision for individual parts includes the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ)- Annex 4.1 to the ToR and Annex No. 3 to the ToR (Important provisions of the contract).3.The subject matter of the contract should be performed in accordance with applicable law, including in particular the legal acts indicated in appendices 4.1 to the ToR (ToR).4 The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 29 paragraph 3a of the Act, requires the employment by the Economic Operator or subcontractor under an employment contract of persons performing the following activities related to the performance of the subject of the contract: a) acting as a manager within the meaning of Article 42 paragraph 2 point 1 of the Act on Surveying and Cartographic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, Activities of the manager: - representing the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority, - making arrangements with the Contracting Authority, including the schedule of surveying works covered by the contract (referred to in item 3).b) at least one person acting as a specialist for the contractor's team, who will perform the following activities related to the subject matter of the contract: internal control, substantive supervision, preparation of sets of topographic objects database GESUT, cartographic editorial office of the master map.5The Contracting Authority shall be entitled, throughout the entire term of the agreement, to verify the form of employment of the employees referred to in the foregoing paragraph. Pursuant to Article 29 paragraph 3a of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing the following activities related to the performance of the subject of the contract: a) acting as a manager within the meaning of Article 42 paragraph 2 point 1 of the Geodesic and Cartographic Law Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, Activities of the manager: - representing the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority, - making arrangements with the Contracting Authority, including the schedule of surveying works covered by the contract (referred to in item 3).b) at least one person acting as a specialist for the contractor's team, who will perform the following activities related to the subject matter of the contract: internal control, substantive supervision, preparation of sets of topographic objects database GESUT, cartographic editorial office of the master map.5The Contracting Authority shall be entitled, throughout the entire term of the agreement, to verify the form of employment of the employees referred to in the foregoing paragraph. During the performance of the contract, the Contractor shall, at any request of the Purchaser, provide evidence that this obligation has been fulfilled. Sanctions for failure to meet the above requirements and types of evidence are specified in Annex 3 to the ToR - Material Provisions of the Agreement.6 The deadline for the performance of the subject of the Agreement: until 29.11.2020.
