Description

The customer relationship management software currently used by the water and sanitation department is the "e-Gee" software. Angers Loire Métropole wishes to conclude a new contract for the acquisition, implementation and maintenance of a customer relationship management software for the Water and Sewerage Department.
During the first year of implementation: this will involve configuring the software, carrying out data transfer, training users and administrators and setting up interfaces with third-party software. The following is an indicative list of the variants (answers not compulsory; other variants may be proposed):- variant 1: module or software for managing relief rounds;- variant 2: module or software for inventory management;- variant 3: GED solution linked to the CRM solution;- variant 4: module or software for managing SPANC;- variant 5: module for managing "subscriber" interventions on the move.
