Description

Services for the implementation of the new platform based on MS Business Central (cloud based) including the introduction into service in replacement of the current platform based on MS NAV (on premise), the support to the operation of the same and any evolutionary maintenance.
The requested activities are divided as follows:1) Services for the implementation of the new platform (body services remunerated on the basis of progress reports as per §2.1.1 of the Specifications), for a total value of € 200,000.00 (not renewable).2) Services for the operation of the new platform (body services remunerated on the basis of fees as per §2.1.2 of the Specifications) for a total value of € 48.000,00 euros (renewable for a maximum of 18 months), of which:- SaaS subscriptions/software licenses (non-MicroSoft add-on component): 13.200,00 euros;- HDII, MAD, MAC activities and accompanying Training: 34.800,00 euros.3) Development services of the new platform (tailor-made services as per §2.1.3 of the Specifications) for a total value of 47.000,00 euros (renewable for a maximum of 18 months). These activities will be commissioned by Lazio Innova according to its needs without any obligation to saturate the entire ceiling of man-days provided in the contract.
