Description

The subject of the contract includes the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of a new CT scanner for the Department of Imaging Diagnostics of the J. Brudzinski Regional Children's Hospital in Bydgoszcz, together with the adaptation of the premises. Imaging system equipped with descriptive stations, contrast injector and UPS emergency power supply.
The subject matter of the order includes:1)Purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of a new CT scanner for the Department of Imaging Diagnostics of the J. Brudzinski Regional Children's Hospital in Bydgoszcz, together with room adaptation. The imaging system equipped with descriptive stations, contrast injector and UPS emergency power supply.2)Adaptation of premises, design, supply and installation of radiological protection, execution and development of acceptance tests, commissioning and handing over to the Ordering Party in a state ready for use of the CT scanner, also referred to as equipment.3)Performance of obligations during the warranty period for troubleshooting, repairs, replacement of parts, together with mandatory technical inspections at the frequency recommended by the manufacturer. Parts, consumables, recommended by the manufacturer for replacement during periodic inspections, and the need to transport the equipment to the company's headquarters are included in the Contractor's remuneration.4)Training of the Ordering Party's personnel after commissioning of the equipment in the operation, operation and maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment 5)Performing the required basic and specialized tests, as well as performing dose power measurements around the apparatus and behind the shields.6)Preparation of documentation with submission of applications to the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station (hereinafter referred to as the WSSE) Radiation Department and obtaining approval from the WSSE for operation.7)Prior to the start of adaptation work and commissioning of the new equipment, the Contractor shall provide access to the mobile CT scanner, in order to ensure continuous operation of the Computed Tomography Laboratory.2.the device must be brand new manufactured in 2023, unused, not the subject of exhibitions, scientific research, development of research services not the subject of demonstration conditioned, not previously used for any purpose by another entity allowed for marketing and use in Poland in accordance with applicable law (declarations of conformity for the entire device), complete ready for use after installation without the need for supplementary purchases with an instruction manual in Polish (to be provided with the delivery).3.A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Technical Specifications of the device
