Cruise Missile Automatic Test System (CM-ATS) Supportability Study
 
This acquisition is for professional/engineering services required to perform a supportability study for the Cruise Missile Automatic Test System (CM-ATS), in support of Air Force Global Strike Command's (AFGSC) requirement to maintain the CM-ATS capabilities through the year 2035. This study will result in a non-commercial, 12 month, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order and shall include the analysis of the AN/GSM-263 Electronic System Test Set (ESTS); Air Data Test Set (ADTS); Missile Radar Altimeter Test Assembly (MRATA); Portable Automatic Test Equipment Calibrator (PATEC)-ESTS; and PATEC-ADTS, which all compose the CM-ATS and are all identified in Technical Order (TO) 33D9-61-71-1 and TO 33D7-44-233-1. The CM-ATS is a nuclear-certified multi-bay test system used to test and diagnose the nuclear and conventional AGM-86 Cruise Missile fleet and associated Carrier Aircraft Equipment (CAE) for the B-52. The CM-ATS is the only test system capable of diagnosing/certifying the AGM-86 Cruise Missile. The CM-ATS is required to remain operational through the year 2035 to match the service life of the AGM-86 Cruise Missiles. 
This purchase order's period of performance will be for 12 months for engineering/professional services to obtain the following for the supportability study report:
Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS)/Obsolescence:  Qty. 1 LO
Risk Factor Analysis/Courses of Action (CoAs):  Qty. 1 LO
 
The delivery schedule will be 12 months after receipt of (ARO) contract award. The place of delivery of the reports will be given in the Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). This acquisition will be awarded on a competitive basis. The TOs listed above will be provided to the awardee upon contract award. Responses to this synopsis are required within 15 calendar days of this notice, on or before 16 August 2019.
