PUBLIC NOTICE No.193-2021 Open invitation to tender pursuant to the combined provisions of Articles 3, 60 and 122 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as amended, within the scope of the special sectors pursuant to Articles 114 and 118 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as amended, for the awarding of the supply in lots (no. 4) of concrete sleepers for the extraordinary maintenance of the metro-tram equipment for the Rome Metro Lines "A" and "B-B1", operated by ATAC S.p.A., to be carried out using the e-Procurement system.
The contract involves the supply of Monoblock C.A.V.P. sleepers (variable gauge) complete with VOSSLOH W14 couplings for 50E5 profile rails in the following quantities:RFI 230 V50 type-"A" monoblock C.A.V.P. sleeper complete with Vossloh W14 couplings: variable gauge 1435÷1445 - total number 8000 units RFI 230V50 type-"B" monoblock C.A.V.P. sleeper complete with Vossloh W14 couplings: variable gauge 1435÷1445 - total number 8000 units RFI 230V50 type-"B" monoblock C.A.V.P. sleeper complete with Vossloh W14 couplings.a.v.p. complete with Vossloh W14 couplings: variable track gauge 1447,5÷1465 - total number 200 units Double sleeper for RFI 230V50 - DP monobloc in w.a.v.p. complete with couplings: variable track gauge 1435÷1465 - total number 100 units detailed in the Special Specifications and relative annexes. The maximum presumed amount put up for tender for the duration of the entire supply is set at Euro 564,000.00 (five hundred sixty-four thousand/00), plus VAT, subject to the percentage discount. The safety costs are zero due to the absence of interference risks. The tender provides for the supply of Monobloc sleepers in pre-stressed reinforced concrete (variable gauge) with counter-guide system with UIC33 for 50E5 superstructure, for the following quantities: Monobloc sleepers in pre-stressed reinforced concrete (variable gauge) with counter-guide system with UIC33 for 50E5 superstructure type "A" complete with Vossloh couplings: variable gauge 1435÷1450 - total number of 2800 units detailed in the Special Specifications and relative annexes. The maximum presumed amount put up for tender for the duration of the entire supply is set at € 1,008,000.00 (one million eight thousand/00), plus VAT, subject to the tender percentage reduction. Safety costs are zero due to the absence of interference risks. The tender calls for the supply of NABLA VSB 20 I 50 biblocco sleepers for 50E5 profile rails (A L profile), in the following quantities:VSB 20 I 50 NABLA double-block concrete sleepers with connecting bar between the L blocks complete with NABLA couplings: 1435 gauge and kit for laying on slab (shoe and sole) - total number of 2000 units detailed in the Special Specifications and relative annexes. The maximum presumed amount put up for tender for the duration of the entire supply is set at Euro 560,000.00 (Five Hundred Sixty Thousand Euros), plus VAT, subject to the tender percentage discount. The safety costs are zero due to the absence of interference risks. The assignment includes the supply of twin-block sleepers VSB 20 I 50 NABLA modified version for profile 50E5 rails (profile A C), in the following quantities with connection bar between the C-shaped blocks complete with NABLA couplings, having the block shoe reduced in size compared to the model with L-shaped bar: 1435 gauge and Kit for laying on slab (shoe and sole) (Intermetro C10315C graphic design) - total number of 1000 units detailed in the Special Specifications and relative annexes. The maximum presumed amount put up for tender for the duration of the entire supply is set at Euro 350,000.00 (three hundred and fifty thousand/00 Euros) plus VAT, subject to the percentage discount. The safety costs are zero due to the absence of interference risks.
