Description

You will take part in the construction and commissioning of an FPT system in the Greater Metropolitan Area (GMA).

The project value is about £1 billion.

It aims to provide public transport users in the GMA with an electric train that connects a main axis from east to west between 4 main cities.

The project components have been grouped as:

- design studies and other development studies
- superstructures and railroad structures
- system maintenance equipment and workshops
- the electrification system
- rolling material
- the train control and communication systems
- electronic collection system equipment
- project supervision

The project is in the prefeasibility stage. The value of each component will be given once the feasibility study of the project has been carried out.
