Framework agreement for the supply of copying paper - recycled paper and fresh fiber paper(for all departments of the FHH, University of Hamburg, HCU, State University Library, TUHH, HfBK, HfMT, HAW, HPA AöR, Hamburger Friedhöfe AöR and Hamburger Krematorium GmbH).
The FHH - Finance Authority - as the contracting authority (AG) intends to conclude a contract for the supply of copying paper (recycled paper and virgin fiber paper). The delivery item is to be delivered by the Contractor (CO) free of charge to all offices (Core Administration, UNI Hamburg, HCU, State University Library , TUHH, HfBK, HfMT, HAW, HPA AöR, Hamburger Friedhöfe AöR and Hamburger Krematorium GmbH) within the entire urban area of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The public contracting authorities and institutions under public law are hereinafter referred to as "included institutions": FHH has been commissioned by these included institutions with the invitation to tender and the conclusion of the contracts for the aforementioned services in their name and for their account and has been authorized accordingly to make the necessary declarations of intent with effect for and against the included institution. Upon request of the bidders, the authorization can be proven by submitting a copy of the power of attorney. Claims against FHH due to deliveries to one of the included institutions are not established. In particular, FHH and the included institutions are not liable as joint and several debtors.
