Mandate: Continuation of major repairs (Block B) - Mont-Bruno High School - professional services in engineering, mechanical and electrical / civil and structural
Schedule and professional services required
The estimated budget for the entire project is ± $10,000,000.
The major stages of the project will include preparatory studies, design, preliminary plans and specifications, final plans and specifications and services during construction such as construction supervision.
Professional fees will be determined based on the budget for the proposed work and in accordance with the tariff of fees for professional services provided to the government by engineers.
Obtaining Documents: The bidder must obtain the tender documents directly through the tender posting system " SÉAO " failing which, its bid will not be considered.
Any bidder interested in entering into a contract of $25,000 or more with the PUBLIC BODY must hold a certificate from Revenu Québec (ARQ). The bidder must submit the attestation (ARQ) with its bid, otherwise its bid will be automatically rejected. The Revenu Québec certificate must be valid until the end of the 3-month period following the month in which it was issued.
