France - Consumables for renal dialysis

Description

The service proposed includes:- the provision of dialysis generators for the duration of the contract;- the supply of part of the consumables required to carry out the dialysis session (see Article 7, consumables);- the performance of maintenance services associated with the generators;- the annual supply of dialysis machines, excluding session costs, up to a maximum of 10% of the number of dialysis sessions estimated annually.The following services shall be borne by the holder:1) the delivery, installation, connection, adjustments, tests, commissioning of all the equipment offered;2) the training of personnel;3) any adjustments that may occur during the course of the public contract, for example as a result of a change of source or a change in practices (provided that these adjustments do not alter the overall balance of the contract);4) the maintenance of all the devices necessary for the performance.
