Tender opening

For this call for tenders, bids are opened without the presence of a member of the public. A representative of the Minister opens the bids in the presence of a witness, at a time convenient to him after the time and date set for the receipt of bids. The bid opening session is filmed and posted on the electronic tendering system (SEAO) as an addendum.
