Description

Within the framework of the "young companies" project, funded by the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Women and Family; the Ministry of Economics and Energy, with resources from the European Social Fund and the State of Brandenburg (joint directive of 22.11.2017 for the period 2018 to 2020, approved implementation period 1.1.2018-31.12.2021), start-ups receive special support in planning and preparing their business in East Brandenburg. In the pre-startup phase, the programme is aimed at people interested in setting up their own business who would like to receive individual advice and qualifications on their way to self-employment. The subject of this call for proposals is the conclusion of framework agreements with several contractual partners for the award of consulting, qualification and coaching services. The invitation to tender covers consulting services for the following sub-areas: Lot 1 Location assessment, Lot 2 Workshop, Lot 3 Individual coaching, Lot 4 Webinar.ILB Application No.:85025234.
a) Type of service:Preparation, implementation and evaluation of personal and professional location assessments for business founders up to 30 years of age,b) Scope of service:In order to obtain an exact picture of the founder, the founding idea and its feasibility, an individual and personal location assessment is carried out at the beginning of the support. This includes an examination of the motivation of the founder as well as the determination of the personal competences. People who are willing to found a company, whose idea and the founder personality are not yet fully developed, have the possibility to get further input:- orientation help;- concretisation of ideas;- individual perspective and career development for their start-up project. The start-up timetable provides the young entrepreneurs with an overview of the tasks they have to complete when setting up their own business - from the preparation of their business concept to the financing of their company, contracts to be concluded or insurance to its successful launch.Tasks of the location determination:- Personal aptitude assessment/potential analysis;- Determination of the scope of support and qualification;- Documentation of the results with corresponding individual start-up schedule for the participant(s)Scope of the location determination:4 hours per participantc) Implementation period 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2022A grant of funds on the basis of the stated guideline and the grant decision of 17.12.2019 for the period 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021 is available. From 1.1.2022 onwards, the award of the contract will be subject to the reservation that the grant will be revoked by the grantor. The awarding of a contract from 1 January 2020 onwards is expressly dependent on an extension of the project duration. a) Type of service: Business and entrepreneurial basic workshops and specific practical specialist workshops for young founders of new businesses up to the age of 30 in the pre-founding phaseeb) Scope of services:Founders who require intensive preparation for their start-up are given the opportunity to prepare themselves intensively for the start-up at their own workplace in the founders' workshop. The start-up training takes place in the fixed and mobile start-up workshops. The workshop series are repeated regularly to make it easier for founders to participate. For advanced founders, "young companies" offers practical group events in which certain questions are examined in depth. The events should correspond to the character of "young companies - on tour". Examples of such events are trade fair visits, company visits, discussion rounds or similar. The number of participants will be limited individually in order to guarantee an individual coaching approach. Those interested in founding a company should acquire practical and sustainable knowledge in the events.For each group workshop the following topics are among others to be assigned:- business plan;- canvas;- market analysis/target groups;- sales;- price policy;- sales training;- taxes;- law;- company organisation;- advertising;- communication;- time management/organisation;- social media;- company presentation;- sustainable business management, resource efficiency;- business competitions;- crowdfunding;- franchising;- business succession;- rural start-ups;- sustainable start-ups;- trade fair & media coaching;- mentoring/sponsorships;- work-life balance.The contents of the workshops are not an exhaustive list; they should be simple, easy to understand and very practice-oriented. Those interested in founding a company should acquire practice-relevant knowledge in the workshops.tasks of the workshops:- Conducting workshops on the above-mentioned topics;- Imparting practice-relevant and sustainable knowledge;- Scope of the workshops:- Daily events a'8 hours per dayc) Period of implementation 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2022Funding has been granted for the period 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021 on the basis of the stated guidelines and the grant decision of 17.12.2019. The awarding of a contract after 1.1.2020 is expressly dependent on an extension of the project duration. a) Type of service: Individual specific consulting, qualification and coaching services for business start-ups up to 30 years of age in the pre-founding phaseeb) Scope of services:Parallel to the start-up training, the young founders are accompanied by a personal coach/mentor according to their needs and objectives on their way to independence. The services are provided according to the founders' needs for specific consulting, qualification and coaching services, which are documented in the participation agreement. Tasks of the individual coaching:The services to be provided are divided into the following areas:- personal skills (communication, negotiation, presentation...);- commercial & business management basics (business idea, business plan, financing, accounting, taxes, legal issues...);- market and industry knowledge (customer benefits, target groups...);- business and industry knowledge (customer benefits, target groups...);- business management and business administration basics (business idea, business plan, financing, accounting, taxes, legal issues...).marketing (marketing strategy, advertising...);- compatibility of family and entrepreneurial activity (time management, organization, personal family situation...);- subsidies & grants (start-up subsidy, entry money...);- financing concept (loan application....As a result of the consultation, a business concept is to be presented which at least meets the requirements for the approval of subsidies according to § 93 SGB III or §§ 16 b and 16 c SGB II. market analysis;- company organisation;- location determination;- customer benefit;- competitors;- services/turnover areas of the project;- calculation bases;- curriculum vitae with qualification profile, if necessary It must be ensured that the business start-up to be supported has at least the following knowledge at the end of the consultation:- Basics of price and offer calculation;- Basics of profit calculation;- Basics of accounting and receivables management.In the case of market and sector-specific advice, it must be ensured that the person wishing to set up a business has at least the following knowledge:- target groups;- customer benefits of the service / product offered;- target group-specific marketing strategy.in the area of personal skills and prerequisites, the following objectives are relevant, among others:- communication;- conducting negotiations;- presentation.in the compatibility of family and self-employment, advice on time management and support in solving difficulties in the personal family situation play a role, among other things. The awarding of a contract after 1.1.2020 is expressly dependent on an extension of the project duration. a) Type of service:Online seminar/webinar for conducting business and entrepreneurial workshops for young entrepreneurs up to 30 years of age in the pre-founding phase.b) Scope of the service:For founders, especially for single parents, mothers and fathers on parental leave, people with disabilities, who are prevented from participating in the start-up workshops for personal reasons, "young companies" offers a modularly structured online seminar/webinar. The online course for founders of a new business consists of 10 modules:- Entrepreneur personality;- Business idea/Canvas;- Product and service definition;- Target group and market research;- Market exploration/analysis, competition;- Marketing and advertising/market approach;- Crowdfunding and business plan competitions;- Accounting and taxes/company organisation/work-life-balance;- Calculation;- Subsidies and financing, insurances. A discussion forum also allows the exchange of ideas with the other participants. Each user receives access to stored approaches and tools for the comprehensive and sustainable development of the business idea. All contents and exercises are practical and application-oriented.tasks of the webinars:- Preparation and provision of the seminar documents for the 10 topics;- 2h weekly live chat;- Imparting of practical and sustainable knowledge.Scope of the webinars:- 1 webinar session corresponds to 10 weeks a'4 hours per week including preparation/creation of script documents etc.c) Period of implementation 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2022Funds have been granted for the period 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021 on the basis of the stated guidelines and the grant decision of 17.12.2019.
