Description

For construction measures of the district office Spandau in the area of fire protection, fire protection expert opinions, fire protection certificates and/or fire protection concepts for various buildings (schools, administration buildings, youth recreation facilities, libraries) have to be prepared at short notice.Within the framework of the various objects/construction measures, it must be decided/appraised on a case-by-case basis what the extent of the fire protection assessment must be in order to decide whether a "special service" in the sense of BauVerfVO §11 (2) is to be called up/contracted in addition to the "basic service" of the building planner in accordance with BauVerfVO §11 (1).In addition, in the case of existing buildings, it may be that a fire protection assessment of the object is to be carried out without a concrete planning background (e.g. in order to be able to estimate renovation costs), for which the corresponding information is to be compiled, e.g. on the basis of an expert opinion.
