The subject matter of the contract is to perform the function of Contract Engineer for the investment tasks of Renovation of buildings located at 7 Księży Młyn Street and 55 Przędzalniana Street and Renovation of MOPS premises in the building located at 19 Fabryczna Street in Łódź" under the Project entitled: "Szlakiem Architektury Włókienniczej. Revitalization of Księży Młyn. Stage II".2 The Ordering Party has described the subject matter of the contract in Chapter IV, point 1 - 5 of the SWZ, in Appendix no. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract and in Appendix no. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
The subject matter of the contract is performing the function of Contract Engineer for the investment tasks of Renovation of buildings located at 7 Księży Młyn Street and 55 Przędzalniana Street, and Renovation of MOPS premises in the building located at 19 Fabryczna Street in Łódź" under the Project entitled: "Szlakiem Architektury Włókienniczej. Revitalization of Księży Młyn. Stage II" within the following scope:1.1. Exercising the function of investor's supervision inspector over Investment Tasks, as well as supervision over completed investments (in particular, in the area of claims related to the course of investment implementation and under warranty/guarantee) with respect to the Investment Tasks indicated below:1) Investment Task 1: "Renovation of the building located at 7 Księży Młyn Street in Łódź together with development of the courtyard space - design and build mode together with author's supervision",2) Investment Task 2: "Renovation of the building located at 55 Przędzalniana Street in Łódź together with development of the courtyard space - design and build mode together with author's supervision",3) Investment Task 3: "Renovation of the Day Care Center - Fabryczna 19/19A - design and build mode together with author's supervision";1.2. acting as a Project Manager in the financial settlement of the task co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Łódź Province for 2014-2020, Priority Axis VI: Revitalization and endogenous potential of the region, Measure VI.3 Revitalization and development of socio-economic potential, Sub-measure VI.3.1 Revitalization and development of socio-economic potential - ZIT. Funding Agreement No. UDA-RPLD.06.03.01-10-0001/20-00 dated 26.05.2021. 1.3 The investor's supervision will be carried out for the buildings located in Lodz at 7 Księży Młyn Street, 55 Przędzalniana Street and the renovation of the premises located in the register of monuments, covered by the entry in the register of monuments under no.:a) reg. no: A/44 dated 20.01.1971: industrial building complex of the former Scheibler and Grohman factories, - an area entry covering objects historically associated with the above-mentioned factory-residential-residential complex, located in the area bounded from the south by Milionowa street, from the west. Piotrkowska - Sienkiewicza - Tylna - Targowa streets, from the north - pl. Zwycięstwa and Piłsudskiego avenues, and from the east - Przędzalniana street,b) Reg. nr A/361 from 14.12.1995: the "Księży Młyn" factory and residence complex, 1873-91, including:- the spinning mill, 25 Tymienieckiego street,- 20 workers' houses with outbuildings and infrastructure, ul. Księży Młyn 1-12 and Przędzalniana 53, 55, 57-67, - fire station building, 30a Tymienieckiego St.- school, 13/15 Księży Młyn St.- consumers, 14 Księży Młyn St.- residence of Edward Herbst: palace, cordegarden, outbuilding, garden,c) reg. no. A/94 from 22.07.2010, comprising the Workers' House with outbuildings in the second complex of K. Scheibler complex.2 The Ordering Party has described the subject matter of the contract in Chapter IV, point 1 - 5 of the Terms of Reference, in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference - Description of the subject matter of the contract, and in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference - Draft provisions of the contract.
