Description

The Republic of Guatemala, under the Sustainable Forest Management Project financed by the Inter-American Development Bank, is contracting consultancy services to conduct a diagnosis of current public forestry service processes, design and propose solutions to simplify and harmonize 25 prioritized processes including conceptual adaptation to future technological systems, and develop standardized protocols and a final action plan for implementation. The National Institute of Forests (INAB) invites eligible consulting firms to submit expressions of interest. Shortlists must include 5 to 8 firms. The submission deadline is 16 September 2025. The contract amount is not specified.
