Description
The Oriental Republic of Uruguay, with financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) under the Digital Transformation of Fiscal Management Program, is contracting consulting services for the GRPUy system, developed on Odoo version 17 or later.
The consultancy will support implementation, maintenance, and evolution of the system used by state agencies. Activities include:
- functional and technical analysis and design
- diagnosis and recommendations
- development and parameterisation
- testing and bulk data uploads
- training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
- installation, architecture, and integration
The estimated duration of the consultancy is 36 months, with a budget of 5,700,000 US dollars. The executing agency is the Departmental Intendancy of Colonia – Planning and Budget Office. The submission deadline is 15 September 2025.
