Description

The Bremer Bäder GmbH intends to build a new indoor swimming pool on the grounds of the Horner Freibad, Vorstraße 75, 28359 Bremen. The structural facilities of the existing outdoor swimming pool (changing room and technical building) were completely demolished for the construction of the new indoor swimming pool. The new hall building has a size of about 62 * 38m and a building height of about 14,00m. It is supplemented by the two-storey annexes of the functional rooms and the course basin. The indoor pool has a total dimension of approx. 66 * 74 m,

Gross volume 55.000m3. The sports area consists of a swimmer pool (50.00 * 25.00m) with a water depth of 2.00m. Part of the pool (12.50 * 25.00m) is equipped with a lifting floor. For an additional course offer, a course pool with a water surface of 8.00 * 12.50m is being built.

The existing water surface of the outdoor pool is significantly reduced. The new smaller pool is set as a seamless concrete pool (WU concrete) in the old pools. The result is a multi-functional pool with a float and a non-swimmers area with 3 floats each with 50m length and 5 non-swimmer lanes, each 25m in length.

Three RLT devices, for the following functional and temperature ranges:

Annex 1 Sports bath: supply air: 66,000 m 3 / h, exhaust air: 66,000 m 3 / h

Enclosure 2 changing rooms / showers Functional rooms etc .: Supply air: 23,500 m 3 / h, exhaust air: 23,500 m 3 / h

Annex 3 Course tank: Supply air: 9,000 m 3 / h, exhaust air: 9,000 m 3 / h

The plants are equipped with high-quality heat recovery systems. The HVAC systems are positioned in the central ventilation system on the ground floor. For systems 1 and 2, a common outdoor / exhaust duct is provided. The outside air is supplied through a weather protection grille in the outer wall of the shaft and the exhaust air discharge through three ventilation pipes above the roof.

The course pool has its own outdoor and exhaust air through an external double pipe. Annex 2 is divided into six rule groups. Approx. 6,500 m 2 ventilation ducts and 300 air outlets are processed.
