Italy - Construction work for water and sewerage pipelines

Description

The framework agreement covers the work of emergency intervention, maintenance and rehabilitation of the water and sewage networks of the S.I.I.. Details of the activities and amounts relating to individual lots are given in the lot information section. Total quantity or entity: The contract is given to measure and is divided into 3 uneven lots, the estimated values of which, including the options of the contract as per Article 125, paragraph 1, letter f) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 explicitly established in Article. Lot 1: EUR 28 500 000.00 (twenty-eight million five hundred thousand euro), broken down as follows: (a) Amount on which the call for tenders was based: 19 000 000,00 EUR (nineteen million/00 EUR), of which EUR 18 208 300,50 (eighteen million two hundred and eighty-three hundred and ninety-three million/50 EUR) are subject to a discount and EUR 791 699,50 (seven hundred and ninety one thousand six hundred and ninety-nine million/50 EUR) as security charges not subject to a discount, b) Amount relating to the option provided for in Article 3(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999. 125, paragraph 1, letter f) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016: EUR 9 500 000.00 (nine million five hundred thousand/00 euro), of which EUR 9 104 150.00 (nine million one hundred and four thousand one hundred and fifty/00 euro) are subject to a discount and EUR 395 850.00 (three hundred and ninety-five thousand eight hundred and fifty/00 euro) as non-reduced security charges; - Lot 2: EUR 33 000 000.00 (thirty-three million/00 euro), divided as follows: (a) Amount on which the call for tenders is based: EUR 22 000 000,00 (twenty-two million/00 euro), of which EUR 21 112 354,08 (twenty-one million one hundred and twelve thousand three hundred and fifty-four/08 euro) are subject to a discount and EUR 887 645,92 (eight hundred and eighty-seven thousand six hundred and forty-five euro/92) are subject to a discount for security charges not subject to a discount, (b) Amount relating to the option provided for in Article 2(1)(b) of the Regulation. 125, paragraph 1, letter f) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016: EUR 11 000 000,00 (EUR 11 million/00), of which EUR 10 556 177,00 (EUR 10 million five hundred and fifty-six thousand one hundred and seventy-seven/00) are subject to discount and EUR 443 823,00 (four hundred and forty-three thousand eight hundred and twenty-three/00) are subject to non-reduced security charges; - Lot 3: EUR 28 500 000,00 (twenty-eight million five hundred thousand/00), divided as follows: (c) Amount on which the call for tenders is based: EUR 19 000 000,00 (EUR 19 million/00), of which EUR 18 211 710,00 (EUR 18 million two hundred and eleven thousand seven hundred and ten/00) are subject to a discount and EUR 788 290,00 (EUR seven hundred and eight million two hundred and ninety/00) are subject to a discount for security charges not subject to a discount, (d) Amount relating to the option provided for in Article 2(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999. 125, paragraph 1, letter f) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016: EUR 9 500 000.00 (nine million five hundred thousand/00 euro), of which EUR 9 105 855.00 (nine million one hundred and five thousand eight hundred and fifty five/00 euro) are subject to rebates and EUR 394 145.00 (three hundred and ninety-four thousand one hundred and forty-five/00 euro) are subject to non-rebates for security charges. The maximum contractual amount for each lot will be calculated by applying the percentage discount offered to the amount subject to discount, in addition to security charges.
