I. "Construction of a sanitary sewage system in Warszawska Street in Skierniewice" with a total length of approx. 671.52 m, including: - a DN200 mm SN8 PVC pipe channel with extended calyxes connected to rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring with a total length of approx. 406.15 m, - a DN160 mm SN8 PVC pipe channel with extended calyxes connected to rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring with a total length of approx. 5 mm, - a DN160 mm SN8 PVC pipe channel with extended calyxes connected to rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring with a total length of approx. 5 mm. 128,08 m,- inspection wells DN1200 mm from concrete coils - 11 pcs,- sewage pumping station, including: - sanitary and construction part of the pumping station, including: pumping station tank with equipment and elements of equipment, well S1 with a canal valve, chamber of valves and flow meters with armament, technological equipment and associated fittings;- electrical and automatic pumping station, including internal supply lines from ZK cable connectors with measuring system, main switchboard for pumping station (RZS) with SZR system, power generating unit station, supply and control and signalling installations for technological devices, installations for external and internal lighting of pumping station and gate valve chamber, protective and earthing installations, other elements of electric armament;- backup power generator; - pressure channel made of PEHD RC SDR17 DN75 pipes in a coil, connected by welding using electrofusion fittings with a priority of minimizing the number of welds, with a total length of approx. 137.29 m;- development of the pumping station area, including: hardening of concrete block pavement and fencing of the area with a gate and entrance gate, roofing of the control cabinet, installation of an information board of the facility with dimensions of about 50 x 40 cm; a medium-high insulating green belt around the pre-treatment plant - about 30 pcs. Cold green bushes of medium height, planted evenly along the fence; Note: Warranty period for equipment and fittings of the pumping station and generator: according to the manufacturer's warranty, however, no less than 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol.- reconstruction of the road lane surface along with individual descent to the area of the pre-treatment plant - a total of approx. 3,142 m2.Note: Warranty period for reconstruction of the road lane surface: 60 months after the date of signature of the Final Protocol. "Construction of a sanitary sewage system in Rekreacyjna Street in Skierniewice" with a total length of approximately 136.59 m, including: - a channel made of DN200 mm SN8 PVC pipes with extended calyxes connected with rubber gaskets and a stabilizing ring with a total length of approximately 1.5 m, including: - a channel made of DN200 mm SN8 PVC pipes with extended callipers connected with rubber gaskets and a stabilizing ring with a total length of approximately 3.5 m. 112.23 m,- PVC pipe channel DN160 mm SN8 with elongated cups connected to rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring with a total length of approx. 24.36 m,- inspection wells DN 1200 mm from concrete coils - 4 pcs,- reconstruction of road lane surface - approx. 803 m2.Note: Warranty period for reconstruction of road lane surface: 60 months after the date of signature of the Final Protocol III. "Construction of a sanitary sewage system in Kolejowa Street in Skierniewice" with a total length of approximately 158.69 m, including: - a channel made of DN200 mm SN8 PVC pipes with extended calyxes connected with rubber gaskets and a stabilizing ring with a total length of approx. 135,14 m,- PVC pipe channel DN160 mm SN8 with elongated cups connected with rubber gaskets with stabilizing ring with total length of approx. 23,55 m,- inspection wells DN 1200 mm from concrete coils - 3 pcs,- reconstruction of road lane surface - approx. 663 m2.Note: Warranty period for reconstruction of road lane surface: When selecting the most advantageous offer, the Contracting Authority will apply the following criteria (Chapter XIII of the ToR): a) "gross price of the offer". (C) - weighting 60 % (b) - guarantee period (Og) - weight 40 %- min. period: 36 months, max. period: 60 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol.
