The client, BäderBetriebe Frankfurt GmbH, operates the majority of the swimming facilities in the urban area of the city of Frankfurt am Main, including the open-air swimming pool Riedbad Bergen-Enkheim.The Riedbad Bergen Enkheim is located at Fritz-Schubert-Ring 2 in the eastern district of Bergen-Enkheim in 60388 Frankfurt. The facility consists as a combination pool of an indoor pool with sauna, which was renovated in several construction phases, and the heated outdoor pool with 50m pool, diving pool and multi-purpose pool with adjacent large sunbathing lawn and separate summer access. The winter operation of the 50m pool is ensured by means of an airdome.For the existing outdoor pool Riedbad Bergen-Enkheim there is a need for action due to the age of the pool and the structural condition. Based on the investigation of various development options for the site, it was decided to refurbish/renovate and revitalize the outdoor pool area..The subject of this invitation to tender is Lot 06 - Shell work (incl. concrete refurbishment and chlorine gas room).
