Description

Therme Obernsees is located in the village of Obernsees in the municipality of Mistelgau in the district of Bayreuth in Franconian Switzerland. The free-standing spa complex is situated in the local recreation and vacation area and lies at an altitude of approx. 435 m above sea level. The regional connection is provided by the federal roads from Bayreuth and Bamberg.The purpose of the construction project described below is to modernize, renovate and make the Therme Obernsees more attractive by extending the existing building complex and its outdoor areas. This includes the extension of the bathing area to include a children's and relaxation area (section 5), the extension of the entrance hall or also known as the Info Point (section and the changing room as well as the demolition and new construction of the outdoor swimming pool. The work is being carried out while the bath is in operation.
