The works in this lot 2 include the transfer of existing works (especially the descending works) and the construction of all future works of the base tunnel for a length of approximately 23.1 km from Saint-Martin-la-Porte to Modane.Work carried out using order forms may include, in particular: For the operational site 6 (CO6):- the installation of the La Praz platform (fences, earthworks, embankments, power supply, site ventilation, infiltration water treatment, site installations), - civil engineering works for the La Praz safety site and the associated technical tunnels (using the conventional method) from the foot of the La Praz slope,- civil engineering works of the section of the base tunnel approximately 9 km long between the La Praz caverns and the Modane safety site (by conventional method and/or TBM) and the tunnels between the tubes and the associated technical caverns, - complementary civil engineering works of the existing tube between the La Praz safety site and the operational site 7 (waterproofing, lining). For the operational site 7 (CO7):- installation of the Saint-Martin-la-Porte platform (fences, earthworks, embankments, power supply, site ventilation, infiltration water treatment, site installations), - civil engineering works at the foot of the Saint-Martin-la-Porte embankment for the construction of the second tube, civil engineering works on the second tube of the base tunnel, approximately 8 km long, between the foot of the Saint-Martin-la-Porte slope and the La Praz slope (using the conventional and/or TBM method), additional civil engineering works on the existing pipe between Saint-Martin-la-Porte and La Praz (cladding, drainage, reclamation, filling concrete), - additional civil engineering works on the existing pipe between the two branches of the Saint-Martin-la-Porte slipway (re-boring if necessary, civil engineering works of the base tunnel (with conventional method) in the direction of Saint-Julien-Montdenis, up to the connection with the adjacent lot of works. For operating sites 6 and 7 (CO 6/7): - execution of all the works necessary for the logistics of the works and for the rescue (temporary and/or final works, underground works, networks, etc..)- arrangement of some sites for the pre-classification of the excavated materials with a view to their future enhancement and of the temporary and final storage sites of the materials originating from the excavations and excavations underground, - transfer to storage and transport of the materials by conveyor belt. The works that may be carried out through any subsequent contracts (activated or not depending on the date of operation of the lot of works in charge of the analysis, selection and reuse of excavated materials) consist of the Management and Use of Excavation Materials (GEME), may include some or all of the following services: - analysis, selection and final classification of excavated materials, - transfer of excavated materials to temporary or permanent storage sites. The perimeter of this lot "CO 6/7" may be subject to variations of limited size to the limit of lot CO5 to the east and lot CO8 to the west depending on the actual progress of each site and the need to contain the schedule of execution of the project within the forecast time. The works in this lot 3 include the transfer of the existing works (artificial tunnel of Saint-Julien de Montdenis and especially associated works) and the construction of all future works of the base tunnel over a length of between 1.8 and 4 km, located near Villard-Clément.Work carried out using order forms may include above all:- the repair of the Villard-Clément site platform (fences, earthworks, embankments, power supplies, site ventilation, infiltration water treatment, site installations), - temporary supports necessary for the earthworks for the construction of the base tunnel connection, - earthworks necessary for the construction of the base tunnel connection and the artificial tunnel connected to the tunnel already built, - civil engineering works of the two base tunnel tubes with a length of between 1,approximately 8 and 4 km (excavation, support, waterproofing and final cladding) and the tunnels between the canes and the associated technical caverns, - civil works for the artificial tunnel connecting the tunnel already built as part of the 9a operational site and the entrance to the base tunnel, for approximately 150 m, and the final backfills facing the work, - all the works necessary for the logistics of the works and rescue (temporary and/or final works, underground works, networks, etc.), as well as the tunnels between the canes and the associated technical caverns, - construction of the civil works for the artificial tunnel connecting the tunnel already built as part of the 9a operational site and the entrance to the base tunnel, for approximately 150 m, and the final backfills facing the work, - construction of all the works necessary for the logistics of the works and rescue operations (temporary and/or final works, underground works, networks, etc.), - construction of the new tunnel, which will be completed by the end of the year, and will be completed by the end of the year.the arrangement of the sites for the pre-classification of the excavated materials with a view to their future valorisation and provisional placing in storage, - the placing in storage and transport of the materials by means of a conveyor belt. The works that may be carried out through any subsequent contracts (activated or not depending on the date of operation of the lot of works in charge of the analysis, selection and reuse of excavated materials) consist of the Management and Use of Excavation Materials (GEME) may include some or all of the following services: - analysis, selection and final classification of excavated materials, - transfer of excavated materials to temporary or permanent storage sites. The perimeter of this lot "Operating site 8" may be subject to variations of limited size to the limit of lot "Operating site 7", to the east, depending on the actual progress of each site and the need to contain the schedule of execution of the project within the forecast time.
