Single lot, CIG: 8807516022; amount put out to tender: EUR 7 069 748.07, net of VAT, of which EUR 469 078.97 is for charges relating to the implementation of safety plans, not subject to rebate.The validation of the project put out to tender took place with report prot. no. RFI-DIN.DIPT.PCA0011P20210000224 of 9.For a detailed description of the contract, reference should be made to the contents of the subject matter of the contract outline attached to the tender specifications.In this tender procedure, the procedure will be reversed.
The amounts of the work to be carried out, including safety charges and excluding taxes, are as follows. Category as per D.P.R. no. 207/2010: - OS 19 (prevailing category) for an amount of EUR 4 357 175,64, - OG3 (separable) for an amount of EUR 600 643,06, - LIS C (separable) for an amount of EUR 1 449 458,98, - OS 21 (separable) for an amount of EUR 358 708,50, - OS20-B (separable) for an amount of EUR 187 399,14. The prevailing category OS19 includes the BOE of EUR 301 475,81. These services may be subcontracted only to firms meeting the requirements laid down in Ministerial Decree No 82 of 11.5.2015, as certified by the competent office of the Ministry of Defence.Executive design including drafting of the safety plan: EUR 116 362,75 (one hundred and sixteen thousand three hundred and sixty-two/75 euros) (VAT and additional contribution not included).The design services fall within the following categories, as listed in the Ministerial Decree of 17.6.2016: - T.02 for an amount of EUR 77 304,49,- S.05 for an amount of EUR 22 554,70,- V.03 for an amount of EUR 16 503,56.Labour costs are estimated at EUR 1 060 001,84.
