Construction of the connector of the northern bypass with Przyjaźni/Strzelecka street, Blachownia settlement in Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
The scope of the contract includes execution of 5 STAGES of works in accordance with the design documentation, i.e.1) Stage 1 - RONDO UL. PRZYJAŹNI (DK40) AND ENERGETYKÓW;2) Stage 2 - CONSTRUCTION OF THE BRIDGE OBJECT;3) Stage 3 - FROM BRIDGE OBJECT TO RONDO AT SZPAKÓW STREET;4) Stage 4 - RONDO UL. SZPAKÓW;5) Stage 5 - FROM RONDA NA UL. SZPAKÓW TO THE ROADWAY.2. Within the scope of this procedure, the following scope of works is envisaged:1) road and earthworks,2) bridge,3) electrical,4) sanitary,5) teletechnical,6) related to green areas.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in particular: The draft provisions of the contract, the attached project documentation prepared by the Contractor: POLSKA INŻYNIERIA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 62B Nowogrodzka St., premises 10, posted along with the attachments in electronic version on the website of the conducted proceedings constituting an integral part of the SWZ.The Contracting Authority allows and recommends the Contractor to make a site inspection.The bills of quantities of works should be treated as an auxiliary element of the description of the subject matter of the contract.4. Requirements arising from the Act on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels. In accordance with Article 68 (3) of the Act of January 11, 2018. on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 110, as amended), the Contracting Authority requires that the total share of electric or natural gas-powered vehicles in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2(33) of the Act of June 20, 1997. - Traffic Law used in the performance of this task is at least 10%. The rules for calculating the share of electric vehicles in fleets of vehicles are indicated in Article 36a of the Law on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels.5. Requirement of employment under an employment contract. Pursuant to 95 (1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor under an employment contract of persons performing the following activities necessary for the execution of the contract: road works; bridge works; sanitary works; electrical works; teletechnical works. The method of verification of employment, the contracting authority's powers of control and sanctions for failure to meet the requirements are set forth in the Draft provisions of the contract.6.
