Description

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the following object: retention tank No. 3 in Leśnictwo Nowa Wieś in branch 108d on the present mid-forest meadows together with damming objects. The scope of works to be performed is presented in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, included in Appendix 1 to the ToR and attached documents in the form of Design Documentation, Preliminary Draft of Works and Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (hereinafter referred to as "STWiORB"), construction permit and water law permit. Due to the lump sum nature of the contractual remuneration, the attached 'Preliminary work' constitutes an auxiliary element in calculating the bid price. The works must be performed in accordance with the ToR, Design Documentation, Project Documentation, STWiORB, rules of current technical knowledge, applicable regulations and standards. Therefore, the contractor may not demand remuneration for works not included in the "Preliminary Work" but performed during the performance of the subject of the contract, even if the size or costs of the works could not be predicted at all at the time of the conclusion of the contract. Transport of materials to and from the construction site must be carried out by means of transport adapted to the tonnage specified on the access roads to the work site. The Contracting Authority shall not provide for the supply and exploitation of utilities to the worksite. Therefore, the contractor should include the above costs in the price of the offer. The Contractor, as part of the remuneration specified in the tender, is obliged to perform and mark and secure the work sites for the duration of the works and ensure safe access to and access to the Work Area. The commencement of the works may take place after taking the signposting into the area and after the acceptance made by the Investor Supervision Inspector. The Contractor shall carry out its own valuation and then perform the following activities:a) take out into the field the main points of the object specified in the design study, b) provide working repertoire (repertory) in relation to the state repertory, c) perform geodetic measurements necessary for the proper execution of works and acceptance of works covered by the tender (taking the object into the field, as-built measurements, including the development of as-built geodetic documentation, together with its inclusion in the relevant geodetic and cartographic documentation centre, the acceptance of works in the form of a collision report) within the scope agreed upon in the design, d) arrange the facilities and the construction site at the place agreed upon with the Employer, e) on the date agreed for the handover of the construction site at the latest, submit to the Investor's Supervision Inspector a prepared and complete plan of safety and health protection, f) perform and install information boards at the construction site, g) if it is necessary to carry out tests, e.g.: a) if there is a need to carry out tests, e.g.: a) if the construction site has not been approved by the Investor's Supervision Inspectorate, the plan of safety and health protection, f) if it has been approved by the Investor's Supervisor, it shall carry out and install information boards at the construction site.materials, soil, etc., the Contractor shall perform these tests at his own expense, and the results of the tests shall be provided to the Contracting Authority together with acceptance protocols, h) the technology for the execution of construction works has been specified in the construction design, executive design and the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works. In the "base" column, the symbols are only ancillary and do not specify the construction technology.
