1 The subject of the contract w are construction works consisting of: "Renovation of the bridge in the course of provincial road No. 850 Tomaszów Lubelski - Alojzów at km 28+981 in the town of Tyszowce "2. The renovation of the supporting structure consists in restoring the original condition with the use of new materials. The main repair works are the execution of: a levelling layer of the load-bearing structure slab made of concrete reinforced with fi12mm bars in the form of an upper and lower grid connected to the existing slab with the help of anchors made of ribbed rods glued through the use of reinforced concrete C30/37, the protection of the embankment-abutment interface through the execution of a transition slab with a bracket, the restoration of the existing cones along with the replacement of the reinforcement with trilica
The subject matter of the contract includes the following elementsDemolition works.- demolition of barriers on the bridge and access roads,- demolition of roadway surface on the bridge,- milling of the roadway surface on the access road,- demolition of reinforced concrete caps,- demolition of the parapet of the superstructure slab,- scraping of the top surface of the superstructure slab,- demolition of the cone reinforcement,- demolition of slope sewers. milling of the road surface,- demolition of the road surface within the facility,- demolition of the road body within the facility.Bridge works.- preparatory works,- earthworks,- repair of damage to the surface of the bridge deck slab with reprofiling and protection of concrete surfaces,- injection of cracks in the pillars- construction of a levelling layer of the existing reinforced concrete slab,- protection of the concrete surfaces in contact with the ground with light insulation,- construction of transition slabs with a cantilever,- construction of waterproofing of the superstructure,- execution of drainage elements of the superstructure slab,- setting of curbs on the object- setting of curbs on access roads,- setting of protective barriers on the object and access roads,- execution of measurement points,- restoration and repair of cone reinforcements,- restoration and repair of slope drains,- restoration of the balustrade at the slope stairs,- reinforcement of slopes at the object,- cleaning and reinforcement of the area under and within the bridge.- reinforcement of the watercourse bed.Road works.- construction of pavement layers,- re-paving of concrete block pavement.Hydrotechnical works.- cleaning of the Huczwa river bed from waste matter,- restoration of the watercourse slopes, replenishment of some of the washed and damaged slopes along the length under the object and 5.0 m in front of and behind the object. restoration and replenishment of the bottom reinforcement in the form of stone surcharge fraction 10-15 cm, the thickness of the reinforcement 25 cm under the bridge and 5.0 m in front of and behind the object.- implementation of strengthening the slopes of the watercourse and shelves under the object with a 23 cm thick gabion mattress on geotextile separation.- implementation of gabion mattresses 50x100 cm protecting the pillar footings, connected with pins to the gabion mattress under the bridge and 1.50 m in front of and behind the object.
