Design and build contract for the construction of a social residence of approximately 265 independent dwellings including their living and management areas, the offices of Adoma's territorial management and parking facilities in Nice (06200). The contract covers all of the studies for the design of the operation as well as all of the work required for the construction of the social residence, the demolition of the existing asphalt and structures, and the development of the outdoor areas.Environmental and sustainable development requirements:- operation subject to RT 2012 -20%,- frugal building approach with innovations at lower costs,- "smart city" approach and connected buildings.part of the program to be treated according to the principle of inclusive housing with reversible housing in co-location for a senior population.
