Description

The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: Design scope: - Execution of, among others, construction and executive design, technical specifications of execution and acceptance of construction works and other necessary studies mentioned in item II.2. 2.2.1 Functional and utility programme and decisions for the construction and use of the Poręba and Zawiercie bypass within the national road no. 78. Section I - Siewierz - Poręba - Zawiercie (Kromołów) - from km 105+836 to km 122+500. Scope of works: 1/ construction of national road no. 78 (ring road), 2/ road junctions: Kuźnica (variant 2), Kromołów (variant 1), 3/ construction of traffic lights at the junction of the national road no. 78 with the provincial road 793 in Siewierz, 4/ reconstruction of the existing roads in terms of collision with the ring road junction with Oleśnickiego street in km approx. 107+553 (variant W1), junction with Kolejowa Street in km approx. 108+900 (variant W2 - no crossing), junction with district road DP1728S ul. Chopina in km approx. 111+243 (variant W2 - crossing), junction with Grunwaldzka Street in km approx. 118+700 (variant W2 - crossing), 5/ construction of roads other than the ring road (including change of the existing roads, construction of roads serving the areas adjacent to the investment and restoring damaged road connections), 6/ construction or reconstruction of infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists, 7/ emergency crossings and emergency entries to the ring road, 8/ engineering structures within the ring road and along roads crossing the ring road, 9/ land drainage system, including drainage devices for the road body: road trenches, rainwater drainage, pre-treatment equipment, retention and filtration tanks and others, 10/ environmental protection equipment: 11/ reconstruction of colliding devices and networks of the existing infrastructure under and above ground: teletechnical and power equipment, water supply networks, rainwater and sanitary sewage system, gas networks, drainage and hydrological equipment, railway and other equipment, 12/ demolition of buildings and structures, 13/ teletechnical network for the needs of the Ordering Party, 14/ road lighting, 15/ BRD equipment: marking of the bypass and related roads, protective barriers, anti-glare shields and fencing of the bypass, 16/ cleaning and unblocking of the existing drainage facilities and receivers for effective drainage of water from the road lane, 17/ after completion of the Works, perform full recultivation of areas occupied by technical and social facilities, Construction Site, temporary roads - made for the needs of the Contractor and construction and any other areas transformed by the Contractor, 18/ perform repairs in terms of restoring roads, real estate used by the Contractor, or buildings damaged as a result of the Contractor's activities to the technical condition not worse than before the commencement of construction, 19/ resumption/definition/separation of road lanes constructed within the framework of the investment, located in the boundary lines of the investment, taking into account their designed category and prepare a sketch of the course of these road lanes, 20/ all Works resulting from the necessity of connecting the section to the existing traffic system together with its possible reconstruction and change in traffic organisation resulting from the adopted solutions, 21/ strengthening of the ground to the extent adapted to the ground and water conditions, taking into account: - properties of soils, rocks and other materials, - predicted actions, which may be applied loads or given displacements (e.g. caused by movements of the ground), - limit values of deformations, - requirements specified in Polish standards. Estimated value of the contract above EUR 20 000 000.
