The subject matter of the contract is construction work consisting of stage VIII of the construction of the Elementary School in Mysłakowice on lot No. 618/33, precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, including: a) Building partition walls in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10; b) Execution of under-plaster and under-floor electrical and sanitary installations in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10; c) Execution of the floor with water and thermal insulation in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10.; c) Construction of flooring with water, moisture and thermal insulation in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10; d) Plastering in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10; e) Fencing of the space around the transformer station and heat pump set;f) Supply and installation of air handling units in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10;g) Supply and installation of electrical switchboards in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10;
1. the subject matter of the Order is construction work consisting of the execution of stage VIII of the construction of the Primary School in Mysłakowice on plot no. 618/33, precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, including: a) Construction of partition walls in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10; b) Execution of under-plaster and under-floor electrical and sanitary installations in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10; c) Execution of flooring with water, moisture and thermal insulation in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10; d) Plastering in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10; e) Fencing the space around the transformer station and the heat pump set;f) Supply and installation of air handling units in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10;g) Supply and installation of electrical switchgear in parts 1 and 2 of the school - axes B.01-B.10;2. The area of the designed Elementary School is located in the northeastern part of Mysłakowice, on Królewska Street, on a plot of land with the registration no: 618/33, as well as on parts of plots of land with evidential number : 618/22, 618/28, 821, precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, in the area bordered by:- on the northern side with the access road ul. Sułkowskiego (plot no. 613) and areas used for agricultural purposes; - on the eastern side with the area of PKP - single-track railroad line (plot no. 460/2) and the provincial road ul. Jeleniogórska (parcel No. 617/1) - from the south with the area of the Communal Social Welfare Center (parcel No. 618/22) and Wojska Polskiego Street (parcel No. 821); - from the west with the area of the park (former palace park) - parcels No. 650, 651, 652, 653, 654, 637, 621, 618/24, 618/25, as well as residential buildings. - On the west side with the area of the park (former palace park) - parcels No. 650, 651, 652, 653, 654, 637, 621, 618/24, 618/25, as well as residential development.Currently, the fourth and sixth stage of construction work is being carried out, consisting of the construction of an access road to the School and the complete finishing of the building in axes B.10 to C.17 and rooms no: B0.14 and B0.15.3. The subject matter of the order includes in detail:Architectural and construction industry - building:a) Execution of construction works in the field of internal finishing for the part of the building described by axes from B.01 to B.10 including:- Execution of masonry partition walls;- Execution of partition walls made of G-K boards ;- Execution of all vertical installation shafts and enclosures with revisions;- Execution of plastering of walls;- Execution of floors with complete horizontal moisture and thermal insulation (without finishing layers, i.e. carpets, tiles);- Construction of technical staircases;- Supply and installation of interior window sills;- Dismantling of display window and part of the facade for insertion of air handling units and reassembly;The order does not include:- Construction of stair railings;- Construction of suspended ceilings;Sanitary installations - buildingb) Construction of internal installation of cold, hot and circulating water of the building in axes B.01 to B.10;a) Execution of the internal sanitary sewage system of the building in axes from B.01 to B.10;b) Supply and installation of wall and flush-mounted racks for sanitary equipment;c) Partial execution of the internal installation of mechanical ventilation in axes B.01 to B.10, i.e.:- Supply and installation of air handling units NW1, NW2, NW12, fire dampers, dampers, ducts and insulation, fittings, automation and elements necessary to connect the air handling units and ducts all within the ventilation room. Connection of air handling unit heaters through dedicated pump-mixing systems to the existing technological heat installation. Connection of the condensate outflow from the air handling units to the sewerage system.The order does not include:- Parts of the ventilation system from the fan room to the supply and exhaust points;- Supply and installation of white assembly;- Supply and installation of sanitary fittings;- Supply and installation with connection to the existing heating system of a set of air source heat pumps;- Supply and installation with connection to the device.
