Description

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of modernization of the "Głęboki" retention tank within the framework of the small lowland retention programme for the years 2016-2022. The execution of the task in question includes in particular:- execution of the construction and executive design to the extent taking into account the specificity of construction works in accordance with the applicable regulations and the project implementation manual. Preparation of technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works,- obtaining administrative decisions and arrangements necessary for the execution of the investment,- execution of construction works covered by the prepared design documentation,- reconstruction of possible damages to road infrastructure and greenery,- execution of as-built documentation together with a geodetic inventory,- granting a guarantee for the executed works.The investor has a map for design purposes.The location of the investment is Tarnogórski District, Zbrosławice Commune, Przezchlebie County, section no. 120 k.m. 7
The investment task in question includes designing and modernizing a water retention reservoir with minimum assumed parameters. In particular it concerns: - existing water surface: 3.5874 ha, increase of water surface area resulting from the required increase of the tank's cubic capacity by 22.500 m3 - volume of accumulated water existing: 210,000.00 m3 (dead - drainless) counting without elements - damming structures, - total retention capacity of about 232,250 m3, - execution of the blade with insurance of the trench feeding the tank with the beginning and end protection, - execution of the damming dyke with the venting device. Detailed guidelines are included in the functional-utility program and the project implementation manual, which are attachments to the ToR.In order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion from the procedure and to confirm the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure, the economic operator shall be obliged to submit the following statements and documents:a) a statement of the economic operator valid as at the date of submission of tenders constituting a preliminary confirmation of the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure and the absence of grounds for exclusion, submitted on the form of the Single European Procurement Document (hereinafter referred to as: "JEDZ"), the template of which is specified in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5 January 2016 laying down a standard form for the Single European Procurement Document (Official Journal of the European Union). EU series L 2016 No. 3, p. 16).
