Description

The operation concerns the construction of an educational building with a capacity of 1,000 people. It is classified as a 2nd category building, with a PS type car park.The floor area of the project is about 7,900 m2, of which about 5,500 m2 is usable space.The treatment of the external spaces (forecourt, roadways, gardens, terraces) is included in the perimeter of the operation.This operation will be carried out in an environmental approach with the objective of reaching the E4C1 level.The devolution of the works is envisaged in 17 lots numbered from 02 to 18. Lot 01 concerning preparatory works (installation of two site signs, installation of the site fence and construction of the platform for the site's living quarters) has already been the subject of another consultation.
Approximately 30,000 m3 of earthworks, 350 ml of pipes, 3,200 m2 of asphalt, 500 m2 of deactivated concrete, 1,100 m2 of stabilized sand floor, 900 m2 of composite concrete slabs. Approximately 1,500 ml of bored piles, 800 m2 of Berliner-type wall, 7,000 m3 of concrete, 200 tons of reinforcement, 500 m2 of bleachers. Approximately 500 m3 of structure and timber frame, 2,300 m2 of mixed floor, 1,800 m2 of roof support. Approximately 1,500 m2 of two-layer bitumen waterproofing with mineral self-protection, 2,000 m2 of two-layer bitumen waterproofing with vegetation, 550 ml of handrail or fixed guardrail, 2,300 m2 of two-layer bitumen slab waterproofing. Approximately 3,000 m2 of class 6 scaffolding, 500 m2 of gabion wall, 2,000 m2 of rock wool insulation, 2,000 m2 of stapled stone cladding. Approximately 4,300 m2 of scaffolding, 2,400 m2 of rock wool insulation, 2,400 m2 of aluminium cassette cladding. Approximately 140 wooden aluminium frames, 1,800 m2 of lacquered aluminium curtain walls, 30 door units, 560 m2 of adjustable sun blinds, 220 m2 of horizontal sun protection and 40 m2 of vertical sun protection. Approximately 270 door units, 70 glazed wooden frames, 4,600 ml of skirting boards, 160 ml of wooden shelves, 330 m2 of acoustic wooden wall cladding, 35 cupboards, 36 pictures. Approximately 150 ml of handrails, 450 ml of guardrails with glazed filling or with bars, 20 door blocks. Approximately 8,000 m2 of levelling, 2,000 m2 of cast resin flooring, 4,900 m2 of linoleum flooring, 1,100 m2 of textile flooring, 400 ml of stair nosing bars, 150 ml of uncoupling joint cover. Approximately 1,500 m2 of thermal lining of walls, 5,000 m2 of partitions, 2,800 m2 of ceilings, 450 ml of casing, 320 m2 of exterior paint on concrete, 520 m2 of ITE on acroteria, 2,200 m2 of stain on walls, 750 m2 of paint on metals, 800 m2 of paint on wood, 1,000 m2 of paint on concrete under slab, 10,000 m2 of interior paint on partitions or ceilings Approximately 6 500 m2 of false ceilings. Three lifts. About 2 500 m2 of screeds, 320 m2 of tiling, 240 ml of skirting boards, 610 m2 of earthenware. About 900 m2 of underfloor heating, 120 radiators, 1,200 ml of circular ducts, 1,250 m2 of rectangular ducts, 40 toilets, 50 washbasins, 45 washstands. Approximately one transformer station, 1,800 ml of cable trays, approximately 2,050 lighting fixtures, 1,550 electrical outlets, 420 computer outlets, 500 ml of fibre optics, 80 bollards.
