Description

The operation concerns the construction of a mixed real estate complex which includes:- the construction of a shared car park with 199 underground parking spaces, of about 4,900 m2 SU, whose owner is the SERS;- the reception and communal living area of about 300 m2 SU on the ground floor, whose owner is the SERS;- the FAM (Foyer d'accueil médicalisé), of about 3,900 m2 SU, whose owner is the ARAHM. The FAM extends over the entire ground floor (excluding the reception and communal living area on the south-east side), and over the entire ground floor+1;- the senior residence with 42 apartments, approximately 2,700 m2 south-west, under the supervision of the SERS. The Senior Residence covers the whole of the areas from R+2 to R+6. Open invitation to tender, in accordance with articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2162-5 of the public procurement code.
Earthworks - structural work. It is specified that the waterproofing works and the external works have been grouped together in the same lot given the particular configuration of the project, which presents the originality of vast waterproofed and landscaped terraces. The waterproofing and external works are very closely linked, both in technical terms and in terms of the phasing of implementation, and it is therefore specified that:- in the case of an individual application with recourse to subcontracting: the waterproofing works must be carried out directly by the contractor, without the possibility of subcontracting. For the other works covered by the lot, all the subcontractors must be presented in the application file under the conditions laid down in the previous paragraph; - in the case of a group application: the waterproofing works must be carried out in full by the co-contractor with the resources and skills relating to this type of work. This co-contractor must be the representative of the consortium. The other works included in the lot may be entrusted to one or more co-contractors and/or subcontractors, under the conditions set out in the previous paragraph. The firms that so wish may submit a maximum of one alternative tender for lot 04, relating to the type of wood used for the joinery, instead of the varnished pine provided for in the WFD (for example: oiled larch joinery instead of varnished pine).
