Description

The scope of the contract includes the performance of the service of the Contract Engineer (investor supervision), i.e.: 1. performing investor supervision over the works of the existing industries (including bridge, road, energy, sanitary, etc.).. verification and approval of project documentation3. coordination of construction and assembly works on the investment task,4. making material and financial settlements of the task - the Contract Engineer is responsible for the proper settlement of works performed on the task,5. providing the Contracting Authority with the necessary data to submit a payment request in the reporting part related to the progress of works, the occurrence of risks associated with the implementation of the Project, etc.,6. reporting related to the project implementation by preparing reports (initial, monthly, quarterly, final - concerning the material and financial scope) and preparing payment applications in the reporting part (quarterly, annual, final). The construction project includes the implementation of the following material scope: Stage I - Design works: "Optimise and build - Construction of a foot and bike bridge to Bolko Island via the Relief Canal together with the construction of a cycle path" as part of the project: "The scope of the contract includes the construction of a bridge with access roads based on documentation prepared by the Contractor on the basis of documentation provided by the Employer. Stage II - Construction and assembly works: "Optimise and build - Construction of a pedestrian and bicycle bridge to Bolko Island via the Relief Canal together with the construction of a bicycle path" as part of the project: "The project will consist in the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle bridge along Bolkowska Street (formerly Parkowa Street) over the Relief Canal in Opole together with the construction of access roads to the facility and the accompanying technical infrastructure (lighting, rainwater drainage), as well as the removal of collisions with the power network SN (reconstruction of the overhead line SN) and the extension of ul. Location of construction: The investment will be carried out in the Opole Voivodeship in the city of Opole, at the relief canal in the area of Krapkowicka and Parkowa Streets.Material scope including: a) bridge facility: Construction of a pedestrian and bicycle bridge within Bolkowska Street (formerly Parkowa Street) over the Relief Canal in Opole, b) road works: Construction of access roads to the facility, Reconstruction of Parkowa Street, c) environmental protection equipment (e.g. Water and sewage treatment plants, water and sewage treatment plants. Stage III - Author's supervision over the documentation prepared for the task: "Optimise and build - Construction of a pedestrian and bicycle bridge to Bolko Island via the Relief Canal together with the construction of a bicycle path" as part of the project: "Construction, extension and reconstruction of the infrastructure of low-emission public transport in Opole - Stage I "Stage IV - Information and promotion activities: execution, delivery, installation and installation of information and memorial boards for the task: "Optimise and build - Construction of a pedestrian and bicycle bridge to Bolko Island via the Relief Canal together with the construction of a bicycle path" as part of the project: "The detailed description of the subject of the contract for construction works is available at https://mzd-opole.logintrade.net/zapytania,details,1687.html The detailed responsibilities of the Contract Engineer will include, among others: CD point II.2.11)
