Description of services: The City of Saint-Raymond requires tenders by way of a public call for tenders for work supervision in connection with the installation of a new force main dedicated to the Saputo plant.

Only persons, firms or companies having their principal place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement applicable to this contract are authorized to bid. This contract is subject to the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Government Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The Ville de Saint-Raymond assumes no responsibility for any written notices or documents transmitted via the electronic tendering system (SÉAO) that are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to any call for tenders before submitting a bid.
The City undertakes to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received and incurs no liability with respect to the bidder(s).
