Site descriptionA new apartment building for 118 residents, a Medical Valley Center and a split-level parking garage are being built on the Lagarde Campus. The buildings are connected by a shared first floor. For the landscaping work, this results in a small first floor area on which the fire department access road and the main entrance will be built. There are various landscaped courtyards on the first floor of the building. In addition, the pavement surfaces in the parking deck areas of the access road and in the RTW storage room are to be constructed with mastic asphalt and in the delivery \/ container room as in-situ concrete slabs. Large roof gardens with paved areas and intensive greenery will be created on levels E1 and E4. In addition to the roof garden on level E4, there are large areas with extensive greenery combined with PV systems. On levels E2\/E3, each group has access to a loggia or a small green roof terrace.
