nîmes Métropole wishes to increase the production capacity of the drinking water resource of the commune of Saint Gilles. The Operation requires the realization of civil engineering, piping, electromechanical and electrical works, including the equipment of the Beaulieu catchment and the reorganization of the equipment in the Saint gilles water tower (relocation of a booster station and creation of a new pumping station).within the framework of this consultation, the community of agglomeration of Nîmes Métropole acts as contracting entity.the present contract is awarded according to an adapted procedure, in application of articles R2123-1-1°, R2123-4 and R2123-5 of the Code of the public order
